This restaurant could be called “Yentafo – World War II” ☺ The evidence is shown as the tables and furniture inside the restaurant have been derived from WW II era since the owner’s grandfather was still alive and was the first owner of this restaurant. However, their “Yentafo” (fish ball noodles with special red sauce made by brewed bean curd) has just been discovered since last 15 years in the current generation. Before this, they sold typical Chinese menus in the big plates like shark fin soup, fish maw soup, shrimp cake, etc… Their “Yentafo” has their own secret recipe at the soup as they use tons of pig bones steaming in the Chinese herbal soup since the 5 o’clock every morning. So, their soup is very sweet (not from sugar) and tasty.

Apart from Yentafo and other kind of fish ball noodles, you can have a la cart menus here as well. The recommended menus include Grilled Fish Chili Paste Fried Rice with Salty Egg, Pineapple Fried Rice, Mango Chili Paste Fired Rice with Sweet Pork, etc… Their dishes are so delicious as cooked by the real Chinese chef family so that some recipe is adopted from Chinese way of cooking.
