Big Mama is a very cozy restaurant right in the center of Bangkok with big variety of good and tasty Italian food.
In Big mama pizzeria you will find Original Italian homemade food and Desserts some dices are very unique with Thai, Greece, and Mediterranean taste.
The decoration, atmosphere, friendly staff and multinational customers give Big mama its unique lively special energy.
I love the simple colorful warm decoration with big paintings hanging on the wall.
To my surprise the price of the Amazing Enjoyable evening at
Big mama was very reasonable, I become a fan of Big mama pizzeria and I recommend you to visit this great restaurant with your friends family or colleges, I certainty will visit there again soon.

Big Mama is a very cozy atmosphere reminding me of my time in Tuscany Italy both for the ambiance and freshness and unique flavors of its food. So many unique items on the menu it was difficult to choose. In the end I tried more than I bargained for at lunch time. For starters I tried the cheese balls consisting of fried mozzarella with olive oil. Very tasty and not too greasy. The Greek salad was full of colors of red, yellow and green peppers with the most delicious feta cheese I have had in Bangkok. My Italian-Thai fusion experience was with the Pizza Lab Gai-Thai Eastern style, chopped chicken with thai herbs on top of pizza. Not my favorite as think that lab gai should be eaten with Thai food and not necessarily with or on pizza. Interesting combination though. The Garlic Chili spaghetti was another story. Served in a pizza crust bowl, the spaghetti used a combination of garlic, dried chili, sun dried tomatoes, and olive oil. Very nice, but if going back to work after, better drink some milk as the mosquitoes and your work colleagues will sure to stay clear of you. All-in-all the food was divine. Big Mama's chefs are very creative blending in the flavors of Thailand with those of Italy using the freshest of ingredients available. Next time I shall try the Pizza Tom Yam and Funghi Bomb (mozzarella di bufala, with chili mushroom). Highly recommend calling ahead for a reservation at lunch time and on Friday and Saturday evenings as by 12pm on Thursday afternoon the line was already out the door.
